Our shipping fees are based on the delivery destination and the weight of your package:

  • Inside Dhaka: 80

  • Outside Dhaka: 130

3. Estimated Delivery Timeline

Once your order is confirmed by our team, you can expect delivery within:

5. Receiving Your Order

To ensure the best service, please follow these steps upon delivery:

  • Inspect the Package: Please check the condition of the parcel before the delivery person leaves.

  • Damaged Goods: If the product is damaged or the seal is broken, do not accept the delivery. Contact our support team immediately.

  • Verification: For security reasons, the delivery person may ask for your phone number or a verification code.

6. Delivery Failures & Reshipping

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or the customer’s absence after [e.g., 2 attempts], the parcel will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges for a redelivery.
