3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Please cancel before dispatch to avoid future COD restrictions. Repeated refusals of orders at the doorstep may lead to a permanent block on the COD facility for your account.

4. Prepaid Orders

If you cancel a prepaid order, the refund will be processed within:

  • Bkash/Nagad: 2–3 business days

  • Bank Transfer: 3–7 business days

Royel Edition reserves the right to cancel an order due to:

  • Stock unavailability

  • Payment failure or fraudulent activity

  • Incorrect shipping address or listing/pricing errors
